Your account

• Sign in with Google or your mobile number (OTP). Keep access to your email or phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Give correct name, phone and address details so we can deliver.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The struck-out price is the MRP; the price shown in bold is the price you pay.
• Colours may look slightly different on screen. Sizes follow the size chart on each product.
• We may correct pricing or stock errors. If an item you ordered was wrongly priced or is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. You will see it under My Orders and get a confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never ask for your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
• We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, have wrong details or exceed reasonable quantities, with a full refund.

Coupons and offers

• One coupon per order. Each coupon shows its minimum order, maximum discount, end date and any category or first-order limits.
• Offers such as the UPI discount apply only to the payment method stated.
• Coupons and offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. If you return part of an order, the discount is adjusted in the refund.

JUANA Rewards points

• Earn 2 points for every ₹100 paid for products (not delivery), more at higher tiers. Points can be used 7 days after delivery and expire 12 months after that.
• 1 point = ₹1 when used on an order, within the limits shown at checkout.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are removed if the order is cancelled or returned. We may change the programme with notice; points already usable will be honoured until they expire.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, try to access other people's accounts or data, or copy our photos and content without permission. All product photos, designs and the JUANA ROOTS name belong to —.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
