Shipping Policy
We ship across India from our studio in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Dispatch
- Orders paid before 2 PM (Monday to Saturday) are packed and dispatched the same day. Later orders, and orders on Sundays and public holidays, leave the next working day.
- You get tracking details by SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships, and can also track it in My Orders.

Sundays are not counted. Your exact estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery charges
- FREE delivery on orders above ₹999.
- ₹79 for orders up to ₹999, unless a free-delivery coupon is applied.
- Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
Good to know
- Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may change during festivals, bad weather or courier delays.
- Please give a correct PIN code and a reachable phone number. The courier attempts delivery up to 3 times.
- If your parcel looks tampered with, please don't accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
